Lynhow can formulate contracts and legal terms of the supply relationship at any time according to customer requirements. The agreement includes but is not limited to the following:

• Lynhow has established a complete internal conversion system of customer information, organizational measures and technical support to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information provided by customers and their intellectual property rights, and to constrain Lynhow’s suppliers (third parties) not to With authorization, you can access, disclose, destroy, lose or change information at any time, and you can sign an agreement emphasizing confidentiality and intellectual property protection terms at any time.
• Lynhow promises not to use counterfeit and shoddy products, nor to participate in the manufacture of counterfeit and shoddy products, including but not limited to outsourced raw materials, standard parts or related third-party processing.
• Lynhow complies with applicable export control regulations and all international sanctions and restrictive business practices, and is readily available to provide relevant truthful information and commitment documents if required.
• Lynhow respects the human rights, privacy and dignity of others. Discrimination and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Provide a safe and hygienic workplace for all employees and conduct business in an environmentally sustainable manner.

For any disputes or claims arising from the cooperation or terms between Lynhow and its customers, Lynhow is willing to comply with the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce and comply with applicable treaties of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and EU external trade regulations and policies. All Lynhow agreements are always aimed at protecting the interests of partners, determining the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, and ensuring smooth and safe cooperation.

Production will only begin after order confirmation and approval of all technical and commercial details.
